How can I place an order? 

Select your preferred model, size, and color from our website, add it to your cart, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment to place your order. 

Which payment methods do you accept? 

You can pay by credit card. We also accept PayPal payments. 

Can I make changes after my order is confirmed? 

Yes, but you have a short window to do so. If you request changes before we start cutting the frame to your custom size and painting it in your chosen color, we’ll be happy to assist you. Once production has started, changes will no longer be possible. 

Which shipping carriers do you work with? 

We ship with FedEx. 

How long is the delivery time? 

Our preparation process takes 1-3 business days, followed by 3-4 business days for shipping. 

How are shipping costs calculated? 

Shipping costs are included in our prices. You will not be charged extra for delivery. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship to 83 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we do not ship to your region. 

Which products can be returned? 

All standard-size mirrors from our collection can be returned. Custom-sized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

What is the return period? 

You have 14 days to request a return. 

How do I request a return or exchange? 

You can submit a return request or contact us via email or direct message. 

Who covers the return shipping cost? 

For returns or exchanges, a 15% shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. 

Mirror materials and quality 

We use CNC-cut, 4 mm premium quality E-Flotal mirrors by Şişecam. 

How can I order a custom size? 

Contact us via email or direct message for custom-size orders. 

Installation instructions 

Drill holes in your wall, insert wall plugs and screws, then hang your mirror using the hanger on the back. For concrete walls, concrete nails are sufficient. 

Care and cleaning tips 

Chrome and antique gold finishes are delicate; avoid leaving fingerprints and clean gently. Other finishes can be handled and cleaned without concern.
